My diploma series is based on the main topic of my thesis, namely the various strategies of human seeing. Digital picture making is one of the most pronounced branch in our visual culture. The digital and mobile photography have a special kind of aesthetics and also special kind of anomalies, which are embeded in our collective ways of seeing. A good example for this is the repetitive pattern caused by certain retouching methods or the similar effect that can be found on panorama pictures. The perception of these digital anomalies are the core experience of my diploma work.
